Restaurant Online Ordering & Delivery – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Baan Baan. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order through our website, or phone. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Ordering & Delivery Areas
We deliver within a 5-KM. radius from our location.
Orders placed outside our delivery area may be cancelled or redirected for collection.
Delivery times vary depending on location, traffic, and order volume. Average delivery time: 45-60 minutes.
2. Ordering Hours
Online ordering is available from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
Orders placed outside these hours may be scheduled for the next available time.
3. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards listed at checkout.
Full payment is required before delivery or collection.
Prices include applicable taxes but not delivery fees or tips, unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email.
If you don’t receive confirmation within 10 minutes, please check your junk email folder or contact us directly.
It is your responsibility to check the order details and notify us immediately of any errors.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Once food preparation has started, we cannot offer a cancellation. We cannot offer a full refund.
Refunds will only be issued if:
We cancel your order.
The order is incorrect or not delivered.
You notify us of a quality issue within 2 hours of delivery.
6. Food Allergies & Special Requests
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
While we try our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergy-free food due to shared equipment and kitchen environment.
7. Delivery Instructions
Ensure your address and contact number are accurate.
If the driver cannot contact you or access your location, the order may be cancelled without refund.
Redelivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.
8. Receipts & Taxes
All orders include a detailed receipt.
Prices are inclusive of GST and service charges.
9. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Block users who abuse the service, issue false complaints, or fail to pay.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is only used to process orders and is never shared with third parties except for delivery purposes.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our service after updates means you accept the new terms.

Dine-in QR Code Ordering:
For dine-in customers, please pay at the counter before leaving the restaurant. Orders placed via QR code are sent directly to the kitchen but are not automatically paid. Payment can only be completed at the counter.
Legal drinking age – you must be 18 or older to buy alcohol or to drink alcohol in this licensed venue.
